1. Who the agreement is between

This section will set out:

  • The company that provides Lodgix and how to contact it.
  • Who may open an account on behalf of a business.

2. Your subscription

This section will set out:

  • Which modules a subscription includes and which are paid for separately.
  • The billing cycles offered and when each one renews.

3. Fees, payment and tax

This section will set out:

  • When payment is taken and by which methods.
  • How tax is applied to the price.
  • What happens when a payment fails or a subscription lapses.

4. Cancellation and refunds

This section will set out:

  • How to cancel a subscription.
  • Whether, and when, a refund is given.

5. Using the service

This section will set out:

  • What you may and may not do with Lodgix.
  • Your responsibility for the accounts and passwords of your staff.

6. Your data

This section will set out:

  • That the records you enter remain yours.
  • How you can take a copy of them, and what happens to them when an account is closed.

7. Availability and support

This section will set out:

  • What level of availability is offered.
  • How to reach support and when it is available.

8. Liability

This section will set out:

  • The limits on what each side is responsible for.

9. Changes and governing law

This section will set out:

  • How changes to these terms are announced.
  • Which country’s law applies and where a dispute is heard.
